Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received and verified.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been processed.

Typical shipping times are:

  • United States: 5–21 business days

  • Canada: 7–30 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and order size.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

Palm Society Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Palm Society Co. is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost in transit

  • Stolen after delivery

  • Delayed by shipping carriers

  • Delayed due to weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding lost or delayed packages.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding imports.

Palm Society Co. is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, import fees, or packages refused by customs authorities.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Palm Society Co. due to:

  • An incorrect address

  • Failure to claim the package

  • Refusal of delivery

the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Palm Society Co. will review each claim and determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
