All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited nature of our products and inventory management process, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Accidental purchases

  • Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items after delivery

Please carefully review sizing information before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, email us with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

If your claim is approved, Palm will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund at our sole discretion

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Palm is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery delays

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.

Chargebacks

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may be permanently restricted from future purchases. Palm reserves the right to provide all order documentation, delivery confirmations, and communications to payment processors when disputing chargebacks.
